Hi, thanks for dropping by!

Born and raised in Güines, about 40 miles south of Havana, I spent 29 years of my life in Cuba, before leaving for Ecuador first, and finally to the US.

I graduated as an Engineer in 2010, but politics -and mostly analyzing everything around me- has been always a passion.

Cuba is more than the place I was born, is where most of my family grew up, suffering the terrible consequences of communism; is the place I met most of my friends; is that spot in the world where I first felt about every feeling, except freedom.
